In this project, task lighting was carefully installed over the kitchen island to ensure clarity for cooking and everyday prep—bright enough for detail work, but never harsh. Ambient lighting was then layered in to create a soft, cinematic mood throughout the space. We used 1% dimmable fixtures that provide smooth, flicker-free dimming, even at the lowest settings.
Tunable white technology adds another layer of comfort. The homeowner can shift from crisp daylight tones in the morning to warmer, golden hues in the evening. This natural rhythm of light supports well-being and makes the condo feel truly alive throughout the day.
Decorative Details with Purpose

The condo features sculptural lighting elements and accent lights that draw attention to unique architectural features—like a softly glowing sculpture niche and color-changing cabinet lighting.
